Intensive muscle massage

To help release deep and long-held tension, I combine the best techniques from muscular massage and sports recovery.
Depending on individual needs and body type, I may focus on advanced deep Swedish massage, deep tissue work, and may also incorporate table Thai massage techniques, passive stretching, and the use of Chinese cupping therapy.
Deep tissue massage is a deep massage technique that originated in the United States. It is performed with little to no oil in order to apply very deep pressure along the length of the muscles. While it can be offered in a softer version, traditional deep tissue massage is quite intense. It requires strong listening skills, precision, and regular communication between the practitioner and the client.
Passive stretching also requires communication to ensure it is performed safely and effectively.
As you can see, this is not a massage session that takes place in complete silence, but rather a collaborative experience aimed at effectively and precisely releasing specific areas of tension.
A note on Chinese cupping therapy:
By creating a suction effect on the skin, cupping stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, helping the body eliminate accumulated toxins within the tissues. This process provides effective support for recovery.
It also acts on areas of inflammation by improving tissue oxygenation, which helps reduce muscle soreness, cramps, and certain persistent tensions.
Cupping can be used in two ways:
Static application: cups are placed on key points (trigger points and/or points along Chinese meridians, often located in anatomically relevant areas).
Gliding technique: glass cups are moved across oiled skin, creating a sensation that is generally considered quite pleasant.
In both cases, cupping may leave temporary marks on the skin, which typically fade within a few days.
